violations plugin breaks jobs GUI and fail builds those configured with "compiler warning"

      [ISSUE]
      After installing(install without restart) of violation plugins 0.7.11, it had started broken GUI of jobs and and failing builds of jobs those having enabled warning plugin (4.42).

          this issue due to installing plugin by "Install without restart" at manage plugins.
          if choose - Install plugin by "Download now and install after restart" then no such issue observed.

          Seems This is not major issue but it should be fixed and should work fine on "installing without restart" functionality . And then can be closed .
