violations plugin breaks jobs GUI and fail builds those configured with "compiler warning"

      [ISSUE]
      After installing(install without restart) of violation plugins 0.7.11, it had started broken GUI of jobs and and failing builds of jobs those having enabled warning plugin (4.42).
