On the Hudson slave node configuration page, it is possible to set the usage to
'Leave this machine for tied jobs only'. If this configuration is saved and the
configuration page is re-opened, this setting is not remembered and shows as
'Utilize this slave as much as possible'. A user wanting to change another
setting can easily overlook this item and save this setting by accident.

Reproduction:

• Make sure Hudson is configured with a slave node
• Goto Manage Hudson > Manage Nodes
• Goto a slave node
• Click Configure
• Make sure Usage is set to 'Leave this machine for tied jobs only'
• Save the configuration
• Open the configuration once more
  Expected result:
• The Usage setting is remembered
  Actual result:
• The Usage setting is reset to 'Utilize this slave as much as possible'
