FitNesse 1.13 does not render properly FitNesse history

      After upgrade to FitNesse plugin 1.13 (from 1.12) "FitNesse History" is no longer rendered as a single table. FitNesse history shows one table per each FitNesse test name without actual test value.

          Yes my bad...
          I have done a new version yesterday with a not stable pull request.
          I have not have your case, but I think it is fix in last version. Could you please check and confirm ?

          We have the single table back in 1.5 however the column headers do not show build numbers yet. HTML snippet of table header looks like this:
