We have a number of slaves running selenium unit tests (just starting up a web
browser), on a virtualised environment with very little disk space.

Hudson marks the slaves as offline frequently due to low disk space (~400MB),
despite this being more than ample space for our needs on these slaves.

Would it be possible to make the thresholds for marking slaves as offline
congfigurable, so that we can use hudson on these machines.

          [JENKINS-2912] Configurable slave disk limit

I have encountered the same problem but on the master server. I agree that it is
a good idea to make this configurable. Setting the free space required to 0
would disable the throttling function entirely.

We can combine this into the request to configure the low disk space amount
