Better integration with MS Exchange Server

      Typically in corporate environments, MS Exchange Server is used without the ability to connect via IMAP, and firewalls prevent using external mail servers.

      Consider adding (as an alternative) a native Exchange server protocol connection (e.g. Exchange Web Services - https://github.com/OfficeDev/ews-java-api?).
