Pushing logs to redis using LogStash plugin is serialised

      I've a working setup with jenkins => REDIS => logstash.

      Single job execution works just fine.

      If I've two jobs running in parallel I get a message:

      Send console log to Logstash is waiting for a checkpoint on XXX #YYY

      and the job remains in running state. This is quite bad, since the execution time for the job varies a lot and short job do not get reported until long ones are done.
