The test connection i successful to the remote websphere through SOAP port. The application is in the location /app/WebApps/MyAppEAR/ location in the remote unix server.

The node/cell/server details are provided as required.While installing the application only uninstallation of ear is successful. The EAR file from the location /app/WebApps/MyAppEAR/ is getting deleted.However no installation of EAR after that. The console output is also not showing any error.
