Gone from update center

      Plugin disappeared from the Update Center. The root cause is likely a missing wiki page because I renamed it. Jenkins blog notes wiki pages as a requirement.

      I have updated the wiki page in pom.xml and released 0.22.1. Hopefully, it comes back in a few hours. If not then I'll need to turn the the dev mailing list.

          I renamed the wiki page back to Github OAuth Plugin. I reverted the commit.

          I have released 0.22.2. The state of the plugin should be stable. I'll wait until it comes back in the update center before closing this issue.
