Currently the default home path for ZAP is ~/.ZAP which means configuration is shared between jobs/builds. It also makes the zap.log and config.xml difficult to access from the builds. I have used the advanced command line feature to set the home path to ${WORKSPACE}/.zap so that these files will be stored within the current workspace. I think this would be a sensible default.
