I get the below exception during push of an application. The creation and resetting of services works fine but the exception gets thrown during push. Find attached the complete stack trace

Jenkins version: 1.617
Running Jenkins on Tomcat-7.0.62
I have not configured any slaves and proxy configurations are set and was tested.
