Join triggers is not displayed after upgrade to 0.9.5

      delivery-pipeline-plugin 0.9.5
      join plugin 1.16

      After upgrading the delivery-pipeline to 0.9.5, the pipeline did not display a Join trigger.

      My setup is A →

      {B, C, D} → D → ...

      Only A → {B, C, D}

      was displayed.

      Downgrading to 0.9.4 solved the issue.
