Permission issue on

      Plugin Version: 1.5

      We are using Matrix-based security for Authorization. For users we have under Job "Create" and "Delete" access granted but user does not see "Shelve Project" option at all for the jobs. In fact this user had all the access except admin and as soon admin access is given user sees "Shelve Project" option.

      As per plugin documentation "you have to have delete and create permission to archive and un-archive the job which you have" which does not look correct.

      Please fix that.

          In our jenkins environment, the "Matrix-based security for Authorization" is enabled and "standard" user can't see "shelve" option at all. Only jenkins administrator can see shelve options.

          Looks like a duplicate of JENKINS-10544. Fixes made for shelve plugin version 2.1 should  solve this. Closing, please reopen if you have a test case on this version.
