how to create a jira tickets for building erros alone

      i want to create jira tickets for building errors alone..im building a .Net project using msbuild plugin .if any error comes while building a .net project that erros should create as a tickets in jira..Is it possible to do that?.im unable to do this can anyone please help on this.
