Version 1.282 contains property files where the German non-ascii characters
(umlauts ä,ö,ü ...) are garbled.

In earlier property files these characters are shown properly. Most likely an
unintended conversion of the files from ascii to unicode caused the problem.

Best way to avoid the problem: load files with correct non-ascii character
representations into resource bundle editor and save again with converted values
(e.g. ä --> \u00E4)
