I have:

• A brand new installation of Jenkins
• A global username / password pair configured

If I create a Maven settings file, the existing credentials are not available when I attempt to add server credentials to the file. The credentials dropdown is present, but is empty. If I add credentials through the config file page, the credentials are created but they still aren't available to select.

If I downgrade to 2.8.1, the credentials are displayed.
