Project administrator can't launch a task

      The hudson security is enabled. On each project, someone has all project rights
      but he is not a hudson administrator (no global rights). This guy cannot launch
      any batch task on its project.
      I think there is an issue on the security management of a batch task execution
      button displaying conditional.
