Configuration of plugin: Cloud Instance Templates > Image dropdown and Hardware dropdown contains only 'None specified'

      While configuring plugin, in 'Cloud Instance Templates' section, 'Image' dropdown and 'Hardware' dropdown contains only 'None specified'. 'Test Connection' above is successful.

      I found https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16945 which sounds like the same issue and is still open for two years. But it's for jclouds-plugin.
