The "PromotionStatus" column uses the configurable icon size, which can be configured on the list view page (S / M / L links below the table). Unfortunately the plugin does not provide icons for the "Medium" (M) icon size.

If a user sets such configuration in the view, he will get an output with broken images. Workaround: use other "icon size" options.
