Currently the pretested-plugin use 'ready'-branches as triggers for building and pushing back to master.

It would be nice if the pretested plugin supported usage of the pullrequest-builder plugin so that if the build succeeds after merging the master is pushed back in the postbuild step of the pretested plugin.

Or if the pullrequest-builder plugn adds the postbuild step from the pretested plugin to push to master if build result is ok.
