I've setup Claim on both Windows XP and Linux and both say just "There are no
failing builds" even though I'm logged in and there are some red circles on the
dashboard. I've turned on basic authentication (Hudson's own user database /
Allow users to sign up / Anyone can do anything). Tried doing this before or
after installing the plugin, no luck.

Maybe I'm just really blind and don't see the GUI to claim a failed build, but
I tried looking everywhere and found nothing. Are there any other prerequisites
I need to check?
