While running tests from Jenkins for HP Quality center on Windows 7, seeing issue with "Error, Message: Could not determine workspace location." message.

Following is the complete console output. Same work fine if I manually trigger the test using "HpToolsLauncher.exe" with the property file which is used by Jenkins.
