Error when seeing Build Parameters in 1.283

      When selecting the "Parameters" link that is displayed non the page of a
      performed build, I get the following error:
      /hudson/model/ParametersAction/index.jelly:29:57: <st:include> No page found
      'sidepanel.jelly' for class hudson.model.ParametersAction
      org.kohsuke.stapler.jelly.JellyClassTearOff.serveIndexJelly(JellyClassTe
      arOff.java:48)

      Will attach file with the full trace reported by tomcat.
