Option to not wait for VM IP for Power On

      I'd like to have the option for the Power On buildstep to not wait for the VM to fully power on and wait for an IP. Just use the step to initiate the Power On then move to the next build step in the job. My VM takes about 1 minute to startup and return the IP. During that time, I'd like to be running other processes, then as a later buildstep run Power On again to retrieve the IP. A checkbox allowing ignore Power On failure would work for me, with the timeout set to 0.

          This looks like it's a duplicate of JENKINS-27719.
          That's asking that the "Power on" build step be able to not wait for the IP address to appear.
