Add support for JGiven 0.9

      JGiven 0.9.0 has introduced the possibility to modify report title (using --title parameter, https://github.com/TNG/JGiven/issues/131) and to use a custom JS file (https://github.com/TNG/JGiven/issues/129). Please adapt the plugin so both can be set in the Jenkins configuration.
