Diagnostics lines and YAML data double escaped in release 1.24 of TAP Plugin.

In the build /tapResults screen diagnostic lines from my TAP files are double escaped, and the entire YAML rendering is escaped.

To be clear, the data in my TAP file does not contain any markup.

The problem goes away when I downgrade to the release 1.23 of TAP Plugin.
