slave config history does not show changes after SYSTEM update

      Once after node config history is updated by SYSTEM, it doesn't show node config changes by any other user afterwards. Node config history is updated only after new change done by SYSTEM. Problem is that jenkins_home/config.xml is updated for each change, but jenkins_home/config-history/nodes/.... is updated only upon SYSTEM change.

          Hi,

          no need to look at this. seems that our local installation of Job Configuration History Plugin was updated manually which introduced fault.
