As a user of the build pipeline plugin,
I'd like to be able to go directly to a recent pipeline among a page containing many pipelines,
So that I can see how that pipeline progressed and see build card status for that pipeline.

This allows me to link to exact pipeline in a URL, assuming that it
is a displayed build. For example:
