Custom port in CVSROOT not recognized

      We have an internal CVS server on port 2402 instead of the customary 2401.
      Hudson does not recognize this as a valid CVSROOT.

      :pserver:10.49.160.65:2402/cvsroot

      (note the 2402 part)

      It appears to be given directly to cvs.exe so hopefully this is just cosmetic
