As nice as it is to auto-generate pom.xml file to upload with artifacts, sometimes this is not desired. Especially in the case where using Nexus as general artifact storage.

Thus, provide checkbox option to "ignore pom" and simply rely on the artifact itself.
Looks pretty simple to put in a couple checks.
