We have users set up with Selenium Admin privileges set on the Configure Global Security page https://<jenkins>/configureSecurity/ (see below).

However these users lack the privilege to see the Hub management section on the Selenium Grid page https://<jenkins>/selenium/ (see below, shown with full admin privileges).

It would be good if QAs and developers can restart the hub themselves without having full access to Jenkins.
