Jenkins Version 1.554 & its running on JDK1.7.
I am facing Veracode Plugin issue when executed from Jenkins :
Below is the error:

[15.11.03 23:48:11] Upload and scan failure.
Build step 'Upload and scan with Veracode' marked build as failure
This happens when we are trying to upload the binaries to existing App in Veracode ( Since we have license for limited Apps in Veracode ).
Please suggest a way to overcome this problem, although each time we are providing different Build# for new upload, we are facing * App not in state where new builds are allowed.
What is that state, which throws this error

I'm not recognizing the output you posted, so I'm wondering if you're actually using the official plugin provided from Veracode. This issue tracker is for the open source veracode plugin. I would reach out to Veracode for support on the issue you're experiencing. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
