Unable to build HP tests using HP Performance Center

      Hi,

I am trying to build performance tests using HP performance center with HP application automation tools plugin. I am able to connect to the HP performance center but the performance tests are not kicked off and results are returned as "empty" This is the console output for the performance test build which i am trying to run:

      Started by user anonymous
[EnvInject] - Loading node environment variables.
Building on master in workspace /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/EventsSample/workspace

        Logout succeeded
        Empty Results

Build step 'Execute HP tests using HP Performance Center' changed build result to UNSTABLE
        Report not found
Build step 'Publish HP tests result' changed build result to FAILURE
        Finished: FAILURE

Could you please help in resolving this issue? I am not sure if i am missing anything here in this process or some issue with the plugin. Please let me know the workaround/solution for this.

      Thank you in advance,
      Suriya

          Hello Suriya,

With regards to the issue described here, can you run the same test from the regular Performance Center UI, using the same user?
Which version of Performance Center are you using?

          Thanks,
          Oren, PC R&D.

          Hi Oren,

I am able run the same test from Performance Center UI with the same number of users. Please see the attached screenshot of Performance center Run Screen when run manually:

I am using Performance Center 12.20 version.

          Thank you for your attention,
          Suriya

          Hi Suriya,

When running the test from the UI, are you using the same Performance Center user that is used in the test from Jenkins?

Also, can you get the logs from the PC Server machine? it is located under <PC Server Install Folder>\orchidtmp\LTLogger\w3wp.

          Thanks,
          Oren Pelzman

          Hi Oren,

Yes it is the same performance center where I am running the test as well. If you look at console output of the build, Login is succeeded but without test being started logout happens.

I don't have access to the PC server machine. This is HP SasS server so I am not able to get the logs

          Thank you for your attention,
