As of 0.9.2, 'Add Link To Hudson Build Monitor' appears on all link, and this
adds unnecessary option 99% of the time the users right click on a link.
Should figure out a way to identify Hudson feed link. Checking for the existence
of '/rss' is probably a simple enough approach providing Hudson will keep using
that pattern (Hudson currently has /rssAll, /rssFailed, /rssLatest).
