It would be great if we could get some more explanation on what IAM permissions are necessary. The documentation says it needs the ability to create tasks and task definitions. I only see an action for registering task definitions and not tasks. It also seems like it would need the ability to get a list of clusters?

I'm new to Jenkins and not very familiar with AWS so I apologize if this is super newb stuff.
