Add ability to edit "Culprits" list to match different pattern

      At my company, we have SVN credentials set up with "firstname_lastname" but our email addresses follow a pattern of "firstname.lastname@domain.com". Because of this, I can't use the "Send To Culprits" feature, which tries to send emails to "firstname_lastname@domain.com" for everyone that has made a commit since the last build (noting that it gets the @domain.com from the plugin configurations)

      If we could configure a Culprits Find+Replace section (replace _ with .) that would make the feature work for my organization.
