Enable/Disable EOL Conversion

      As far as I understand current starteam plugin always enables eol conversion
      during checkouts and because of this behaviour some of our unit tests for a
      code dealing with a legacy application file fails. I really appreciate if eol
      settings can be controlled from the user interface
