MSBuild warnings raised from CodeAnalyzers(Roslyn) won't be captured

      We'are using Code analyzers within our Visual Studio solution. The solution is build with MSBuild 14.
      The console output prints following warning for example:

      C:\CCWork\Jenkins\slave_workspace\workspace\iCLASS Framework Trunk Continous\CHG.iCLASSFW.UI.Web\classes\UserViewSettings.vb(445,27): warning CHGResult_ResponseAccess: CHGResult error: Response was access directly from method result. [C:\CCWork\Jenkins\slave_workspace\workspace\iCLASS Framework Trunk Continous\CHG.iCLASSFW.UI.Web\CHG.iCLASSFW.UI.Web.vbproj]

      But the warning won't be captured (and listed) in the Warnings plugin or
      Scan for compiler Warnings.

          I've moved this out of the INFRA project, which is only for our project infrastructure itself
