Cannot find dropdown list for NodeJS plugin

      NodeJS plugin 0.2.1

      I have read some tickets regarding to this issues. and tried even this solution https://gist.github.com/MethodGrab/1462c5fcfcd4f690add8#note.
      but here is my situation

      1. there is NO Dropdown list and only textfield for this Node installation
      2. when I go to manage plugin advance tab. bottom right and hit check now. it says checking now ..and "done". But dropdown list still not showing up.
      3. i do not have any error message related to "Signature verification failed in downloadable"
