When using the "List subversion tags (and more)" build parameter, a user is able to submit the "Build with parameters" page without waiting for the tags drop-down to be filled in.

In that case, the parameter receives an empty value – and most likely the build will fail.

It would be nice if the default configured value was used instead of an empty value.

It could also be the displayed default value, with "Retrieving tags…" being a second (disabled) option – only visible when expanding the drop-down.
