      Newest Version of Token Macro Plugin causes a cyclic dependency with Config File Provider plugin resulting in both being disabled.

            A docker definition with token-macro 1.11 and the most recent config-file-provider plugin is available here. When that instance is built and started, then the token-macro plugin is updated from the update center, both the token-macro plugin and the config-file-provider plugin will be disabled.
