Hi, thanks for your contribution making an good integration between gitlab and jenkins.

after the plugin I've installed, I found that when I create a free-style job, a picture shown below(sorry for Chinese display), I can find Git Changelog.

​But if a ​Maven job is created by me, Git Changelog disappears.

I am pulling my hair figuring the reason out, and the answer doesn't come up.

Please have me to a clear status, thanks.
