New Jobs are not synced to Repo

      Jenkins ver. 1.638
      SCM Sync Configuration Plugin ver. 0.0.9

      When i create new Jobs, the plugin is not syncing these new jobs to my repo.
      Only when I change these jobs (even just disable > enable) then these jobs are synced...
