Please bump to latest aws-java-sdk

      The aws-java-sdk-plugin isn't listed as a component so I'm currently labeling it as core and the plugin I'd like to use the new SDK in.

      Can we get the aws-java-sdk-plugin updated to the latest version? 1.10.42 looks to be the latest tag from AWS. This adds some important features to managing ECS Task definitions such as supporting privileged mode so we can build docker containers within docker. If this is added then I can working adding getting a pull request together for supporting this in the ECS plugin.
