Boolean Parameter in Previous Builds after it ran is editable.

You can reproduce this issues as below.

1) setup job with build with parameters with one Boolean Parameter and one String Parameter
2) build the job with parameters with default/dummy values
3) click on the build # and click on parameters
4) you can see that you can edit the Boolean Parameter Check Box (select/unselect)
