This would hopefully make it easier to perform the initial setup when using jenkins-js-builder.

See the step-02-nodeify sample plugin ("How it works" page). Try to automate as many of these steps as possible such that the user just has type something like the following on the command line and afterwards would have a working skeleton starting point.
