      When checking out a subversion project with an external link I see these console messages:

      Fetching <external url> at -1 into <dest url>

      No revision recorded for <external url> in the previous build

      I think these messages are hard to understand. Could they be improved please?

      What does '-1' mean?
      What does the 'No revision recorded ...' message mean?
