Incremental build can increase the performance of builds a lot. It is recommended as default setting e.g. in http://www.slideshare.net/andrewbayer/7-habits-of-highly-effective-jenkins-users#slide17. Therefore it would be good to enable that for all Maven Jobs within Jenkins through the Configuration Slicer.

This should appear in the 1.45 release of the configuration slicing plugin which just went out.
