Incremental build can increase the performance of builds a lot. It is recommended as default setting e.g. in http://www.slideshare.net/andrewbayer/7-habits-of-highly-effective-jenkins-users#slide17. Therefore it would be good to enable that for all Maven Jobs within Jenkins through the Configuration Slicer.
