When running on WAS 7.0.0.1, if you start Hudson using an empty HUDSON_HOME and
activate the security in the Configure screen, the security realm and
authorizations section don't get displayed (cf. screenshots that I'll attach).
No exceptions are throw, logs are empty.
This works on Tomcat 6.0.18.

Might be a consequence of issue 3271?
