Not sure if it's a bug or improvement - but it's not possible to click "copy job" as for other job types (maven, freestyle etc) - the link to create a copy is not visible in the left-side menu.
The Copy Project Link plugin does not appear to be compatible with workflow jobs. It is possible to copy the workflow project using the standard Jenkins mechanism.

added a comment - We see this issue with Jenkins 1.642.4, copy-project-link-plugin 1.1 (quite old, but I don't see anything relevant in the release notes), and workflow-plugin 1.13.
Updated the tagging, will reopen this issue.

Never heard of such a link. Can you attach a screenshot? Copy of HTML text for this link? Any particular plugin offering such a function? From Googling I can find this plugin, so if you are using it, move the issue to the appropriate component and add the workflow label and get it mentioned in COMPATIBILITY.md.
