Intentionally offline slaves should not be marked red. Red implies an alert situation, which is incorrectly being assumed in common instances.

These slaves are either (a) manually marked offline for various reasons, or (b) offline-until-demand or dynamically constructed from a template using the vsphere plugin to manage the node.
